How Guestlink works
Guestlink is the UK's fastest growing accommodation web booking and management system, processing in excess of £30 million in 2011.
Guestlink allows you to manage your information, availability, and much more through and easy-to-use pieces of software designed and developed using feedback from accommodation providers like you. At the touch of a button, your information
can be updated across a wide variety of distribution channels including our network of Tourist Information Centres, local and regional tourism websites, your own website and national sites such as www.visitbritain.com and www.roomcheck.co.uk.
An easy to use grid lets you update your availability. A single update allows your property to be available for booking in TICs, on local and national websites, kiosks and with Guestlink+ web booking, on your own website. At the same time as updating availability you can update your prices, minimum stay and other options.
Guestlink has a variety of pricing options which means it is easy to set a single price for the whole year, but you can also set different prices for the seasons and for weekends and mid week. Options allow you to reduce your prices for longer stays, set short breaks (self-catering), have special prices for children, single occupancy and extra people. The pricing options vary according to the type of property and the pricing basis you choose.
Guestlink notifies you by fax and/or email of a booking and the full details including the credit card details can be retrieved through Guestlink. Two modes of booking are supported: with indicated availability you confirm the booking reservation with the customer or TIC; with allocated availability the booking is confirmed automatically. You can easily switch between using indicated and allocated availability for some or all of your rooms, units, beds or pitches.
Guestlink has a unique KPI (key perfomamce indicator) system which allows you to monitor your performance and compare your advertising channels.

You can customise Guestlink to work for you. Many of the sections have a set options feature which allows you to control the display. There are also options to control how you will be notified of bookings, months you are closed, your preferred visitor stay and many other features. You can even use the colour wheel to customise the look of Guestlink.
